Prohibited Use Policy

Users of MEVRORA Services may not use the MEVRORA Services or any MEVRORA webpages or social media pages managed by MEVRORA (the “MEVRORA Sites”) to engage in the following activities:

Unlawful Activity: Activity which would violate, or assist in violation of, any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or sanctions programs administered in the countries where MEVRORA Services are used, including but not limited to the U.S. Department of Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") and the United Kingdom’s Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (“OFSI”), or which would involve proceeds of any unlawful activity; publishing, distributing or disseminating any unlawful material or information; misrepresentation; hacks; transaction manipulation (including, e.g., frontrunning a transaction, time bandit attacks, or similar activities); theft; deceit; or unlawful or unregistered sales or offerings of securities.

Abusive Activity: Actions which impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on MEVRORA Services infrastructure, or detrimentally interfere with, intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or information; transmit or upload any material to the MEVRORA Sites that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful or deleterious programs; attempt to gain unauthorized access to MEVRORA Services, MEVRORA Sites, computer systems, or networks connected to MEVRORA; use the information of another party to access or use the MEVRORA Services; or transfer your access or rights to any MEVRORA Service to a third party, unless by operation of law or with the express permission of MEVRORA.

Abuse of Other Users: Interfere with another individual’s or entity’s access to or use of any MEVRORA Services; defame, discriminate, abuse, extort, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate or infringe the legal rights (such as, but not limited to, rights of privacy, publicity, and intellectual property) of others; harvest or otherwise collect information from the MEVRORA Sites about others, including without limitation email addresses, without proper consent; or use MEVRORA Services or MEVRORA Sites in connection with surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming, or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).

Fraud: Activity which operates to defraud MEVRORA, MEVRORA Services users, or any other person; provide any false, inaccurate, or misleading information to MEVRORA.
