Bot Settings: Configuring Your MEV Strategy

Configure your bot's settings to maximize efficiency and profitability:

Transaction Targeting

  • Min Target Buy: Set the minimum size of transactions to target, balancing potential profit and competition.
  • Max Buy: Determine the maximum amount to spend per MEV transaction, based on your risk tolerance.
  • Min Buy: Establish a floor for the transaction size to ensure cost-effectiveness of MEV capture.

Liquidity and Market Impact

  • Max Liquidity: Choose an upper limit for targeting highly liquid tokens to avoid overly competitive scenarios.
  • Min Liquidity: Set a minimum liquidity threshold to ensure tradability of targeted tokens.
  • Min Price Impact: Define the minimum transaction impact on token prices to identify viable MEV opportunities.

Taxation and Slippage

  • Max Tax Buy: Decide the highest acceptable buy tax for transactions to maintain profitability.
  • Max Tax Sell: Set a limit for the sell tax to protect profits when offloading tokens.
  • Min Slippage: Choose the lowest slippage to consider for potential profit without missing out on significant opportunities.

Advanced Configuration

  • Bribe: Strategically set the bribe amount to incentivize block builders effectively without eroding your margins.
  • Min Token Holders: Determine the minimum number of token holders required to avoid illiquid tokens.

Set these parameters carefully. Being too aggressive with your strategy might lead to more lucrative results, but also will create greater risk for your bot. Being too strict with your settings might allow your bot to have safer operations but at the same time it might filter out too many good opportunities. So think about each setting carefully and make sure to set it based on your risk tolerance.
