Using This Documentation: How to get the most out of these resources.

If you are diving into the world of MEV, I would recommend reading the reputable sources only. There are many scams out there, and it isn’t by accident they call MEV a dark forest. It is easy to get lost, turned around, and spend a lot of time going in the wrong direction. For this reason you must be careful when choosing to follow a resource or a tool, because it might seem reputable but was designed to mislead you.

Here are a few recommendataions:

  1. Start with the basics. If you are new to MEV, begin with the “Introduction” and make sure you read the external resources to give you an idea of what you’re working with.
  2. Interact with the community. Don’t just read what people have to say. Ask questions and test your assumptions with the people who are on the same journey.
  3. Start with smaller risks. As you begin casting your first bundles to block builders, start with smaller and stricter limits to avoid accidentally sending an unprofitable bundle and losing money. As you become more confident, only then try with larger values.
  4. Read the docs! If you find yourself confused by something, remember to come back to the docs and read.
